Flt-1 was expressed on endothelial cells, HSCs, monocytes, vascular smooth muscle cells and leukemic cells [67–71]. We found that Flt-1 was differently expressed in Lv-EPAS1 and sh-EPAS1 cells and positively regulated by EPAS1.
